Or probably you think Bali Wedding not really special for you and found other venue which is more meaningful for you both. Or most common reason is because Bali Wedding too expensive and can’t afford to bring all families to come to Bali. But for legal marriage you will still need to process documents such as Single letter or known as Certifcate of No Impediment or affidavit Letter. 1.    Contact us for an Appointment Booking

Contact us and inform how you would like us to help you. We will send you the details of cost involve for the services you required. Once you have agree and have made payment online via paypal or bank transfer, you will then be able to continue our services and schedule a time to communicate to one of our Wedding Coordinators. Communication are via email, social media phone call or chat. From this moment on, your schedule will arrange by our team.

As we are one of the few agencies partnered with multiple consulates and embassies and Notary offices. It allows us to book appointments much quicker, have insight into available time slots, and avoid unnecessary delays.

2.    Submit Documents & Checking

Bali Wedding Butler’s team will help you to submit your document to Embassy/ Consulate or Notary, depend on your request. Complete all other necessary documents we must submit on behalf of you. We make sure your prepared application to get through the government check and have the highest possible prospect of success.

3.      Flight Booking

For Consular service, they required the couple to come personally to main office of the Embassy as they dont have representative office in Bali. Bali Wedding Butler’s team will help you to book the domestic flight from Bali to other island in Indonesia where the Embassy located. We arrange transport and to check your schedule to make sure you will not missed the appointment. Flight fare for domestic flight between IDR 900,000 – IDR 3,000,000 per person, depending on airline and availability.

4.    Final meeting at Consulate/Embassy/ Notary

For Consular service in Bali, you must attend your Appointment at the Consulate office in person, accompany by one of our administration staff. In some cases, the Embassy allow us to act on behalf of the client while the client still in their home country.
For Notary service, you must attend your appointment at Notary’s office in person, accompany by one of our administration staff, as you must sign legal paperwork.
Once your documents done, you will be informed by email. Your Letter processing time varies and normally takes from 3 to 15 working days.

5.    Documents Collection

For Consular service, the document will issue on the day of the meeting appointment. For the application which is submit on behalf of the client, we offer a premium service which allows you, the applicant, to have us go on your behalf to collect the letter or the Embassy will send the documents to our office in Bali. If you are unable to collect your Letter or Marriage Agreement by yourself due to unforeseen circumstances, our representatives can arrange for collection.

If you not planning to get legally marriage, then you will no need all of the above services. You can choose simple option of commitment ceremony which is combine both of your own tradition.
