Confirm booking
- Booking will confirm by once the client agree with the wedding package sent by email both for basic service or customise wedding package with quotation and cost estimation. Confirmation accepted via email, by phone or any social media communication.
- Booking confirmation for Basic wedding service/ packages could send via email, by phone or any social media communication.
- Booking confirmation for special arrangement/ customise packages will need to sign the quotation as well return it by fax/ email. Or for urgent matter it confirm by email, text, phone or other social media.
- Booking will process after the clients settle the 50% deposit (for wedding less than 1 year) and 25% deposit to secure the date (for the wedding more than 1 year)
- Be aware that all clients of Bali Wedding Butler will be asked to sign the agreement form and credit card authorization form which will allow Bali wedding Butler to charge the card for damage and any additional charges that the clients incur whilst at the villa/ hotels or in other case, Bali Wedding Butler require security deposit from USD 500- USD 1.000 (refundable).
- At the end of the party/event, Bali Wedding Butler will ask you to sign the Guest comment form as authorization for Bali Wedding Butler to put client’s picture for promotion in the future.
Payments
- Our rates are quote both in Rupiah (IDR) and in American Dollar (USD) depend on the package selection you choose.
- Our basic services, elopement packages and Coordination fee are inclusive of tax and subject to change without prior notice.
- For special wedding arrangement or Customize wedding with an estimation cost, rates on the proposal/ estimation cost is not valid before signing the contract or before confirmation via email, text, phone or other social media or before invoice issue and send to the customer.
- Our Hotel Wedding, Chapel Wedding, Water Wedding and Villa Wedding are set for special offer which is include Coordination fee. Special booking Term & Condition will apply depend on the venue/ location you choose as the venue have own policy of booking. Price and policy of booking are subject to change without prior notice.
- For last minute booking (within 1 week or less prior to arrival) full payment upon arrival or meeting service in a form cash or by credit card.
- As confirmation, a deposit of 50% from the total amount (for wedding less than 1 year) or a deposit of 25% from the total amount (for wedding more than 1 year) must be submitted to Bali Wedding Butler Bank Account or by Credit Card (VISA or Master Card with 2,5% bank fee), or by Paypal or by Western Union, Money Gram, PayPal or any other payment method available, latest by Seven (7) working days/one week after the relevant invoice and payment instructions have been given to the wedding client. If a deposit is not received within this time, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
- Balance payment required to hold client’s arrangements on definite basis.
- This balance payment is due on the date certifies on the invoice and to be transfer to Bank Account certifies on the invoice.
1. Balance payment for Basic wedding service is required latest by 14 days prior to arrival (30 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) or immediately if booking is made less than 30 days prior arrival.
2. Balance payment for any optional arrangement is required latest by 30 days prior to arrival (30 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) or immediately if booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
3. Balance payment for any event at Chapel, Hotel or resort is required latest by 45 days prior to arrival (45 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) or immediately if booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
4. Balance payment for villa arrangement is required latest by 60 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) or immediately if booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
- In the case of booking of our Basic Package, Elopement package and Wedding Planning are made 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within Fourteen (14) working days, or on meeting service, if less than two (2) working days, whichever comes first.
- Extra fee at USD 100.00 for wedding or event fall on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday (based on Indonesian calendar)
- Administration fee at USD 150 net for changing the date of booking for Basic Wedding Service, Wedding Planning Service and Elopement Wedding package. If the package you book located at Private Villa, Chapel and Hotel/ Resort then administration fee from the venue will apply.
- Coordination fee will apply for wedding at villa/ hotel which will need more attention and assistances from the wedding Butler especially after the wedding ceremony. Amount of Coordination fee is depend on the size and difficulties of wedding arrangement. Range rate from USD 500- USD 5.000. Amount of the fee will depend on custom package and need to discuss case by case.
Cancellation
- Notice of cancellation must be received by Bali Wedding Butler by Email.
- Wedding booking automatically will cancel if the client failure to settle the balance payment based on the schedule mention on the invoice. No payment will be refund.
- Deposit of basic wedding services, coordination fee and elopement package are non-refundable.
- Any Deposit Payment for basic wedding services, coordination fee, elopement package and booking of the date are non-refundable.
- For some agreement, no cancellations accept after signing the contract.
- No payment will refund for any package which is already agree by sending Invoice or sign and certify on the contract. Some exception may apply for special case.
- Deposits of other arrangement (optional services) which is include in the package or book separately will be refunded in full less USD 300.00, if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival. Subject to be discuss.
- Cancellation booking for wedding package at Private Villa, Chapel, Hotel/ Resort will follow the policy of the venue.
- In the event of cancellation submitted within:
– Less than 30 days of the event, a cancellation fee at the amount of 50% of the total quoted price shall be applied;
– Less than 21 days of the event, a cancellation fee at the amount of 70% of the total quoted price shall be applied;
– Less than 14 days of the event, no refundable.
FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE
- Bali Wedding Butler shall not be held liable for failure for carry or such arrangements as mentioned, which are caused by labour dispute, acts of God, war, terrorism, earthquakes, hurricanes, disaster, acts of government, strikes, civil disorder, plagues or epidemics or conditions beyond our control.
SECURITY, DAMAGES AND LOSSES
- Bali Wedding Butler cannot be responsible for the safe keeping of equipment or other valuable items from your guests who are left in the Villa or any other wedding venue before, during and after the party
- For private party at villa which is require security deposit USD 1,000.00- USD 2,500 (depending on the villa) the guest is responsible for leaving (check out) the property and its contents in good order and in a clean condition. Any damages or losses incurred during occupation will take from security deposit. The owners reserve the right to repossess the property if the guest or any member of the guest’s party causes excessive damage or nuisance or engages in any unlawful activity. OTHER
- Other related issues that are not concerned in this agreement shall be handled in due course
